You know, as a member of the human race, The God Class, you are blessed with some truly awesome mental capabilities, but like most people you probably take them for granted. Your imagination and the multifaceted intelligences within you for example…where would you be without them? Most of them time we live our lives on “autopilot”. Our minds seem to have a will of their own. Thoughts come and go, and it seems as though we don’t have much say in what thoughts turn up in our head. If each of us were to stand back and observe our own mind, we would notice how easily our thoughts skip from one unfinished idea to the next, constantly interrupting each other and overlapping in a constant stream of pictures, ideas, memories and desires.

You learn to “take a step back” and observe all this mental activity and all the feelings and impulses that it causes, and you begin to separate yourself from their influence. You must imagine my excitement when I realized that I had the power to control what thoughts took precedence in my mind. Once I INNER-stood this, I began to sculpt my own realities. I began to construct my own life experiences. It opened the gateway to take dominion over every moment I found myself. The moments didn’t control me, I controlled me in them, which in essence, controlled them. My friend, you have to INNER-stand that our subconscious mind has a truly amazing amount of power – more than we realize. It doesn’t demand to be heard and acknowledged, yet it will be, regardless of our belief in it’s functionality or not. It has the power to assist us in our manifestation and creation efforts and also to stop our efforts just as quickly. It is the door that can open and close the flow of abundance for us. It can literally block our creation efforts in more than one way. And because the subconscious is so powerful in nature, it is essential that we include it in our thoughts, actions and choices as much as possible on a regular basis.
People who didn’t understand would call the experience, “a shutdown.” They would say, “you just shutdown on us.” They viewed it as a problem. I INNER-stood it was necessary to keep it from being a problem. That would be me making a persona decision to purposefully step away from the moment and observe how I was feeling at that and why I was feeling that way. It permitted me to take a birds eye view at the entire situation while it was happening and determine if I was wrong, hypersensitive, overlooking something being discussed, or responding to something someone else said in my past that sounds a little like what I just heard. Right, sometimes we are not responding to the person who made the statement in the moment, we are responding to something and/or someone stored in our memory bank called the “mind”.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.Philippians 4:8 KJV
The writer here suggests that it is our personal decision to choose what to think on. God is not going to choose our positive thoughts or eradicate a negative one. That is our responsibility. Your thinking creates your reality, so it goes without saying that a mental transformation can shift even the worst of situations at any moment you make the conscious decision to do so. If you regularly feel anger, sadness or other ill feelings, you will be setting yourself up to experience more of these negative feelings in your life. On the flip side, focusing on only that which lifts you up can create a more positive well-being for you and the people around you. The function of your subconscious mind is to store and retrieve data. Its job is to ensure that you respond exactly the way you are programmed. Your subconscious mind makes everything you say and do, then sculpts a pattern consistent with your self-concept.
One of the best ways to begin developing a positive moment at any moment is to practice awareness. With the emergence of information all over the internet, I knows that’s a blanket term. Awareness in this case refers to awareness of yourself, your emotions, your feelings and your reactions to your everyday life. The best way to begin developing this practice is to look at your current feelings. Figure out what you are feeling and see if you can determine the root cause. Try to catch yourself whenever you react to a situation, whether it’s a positive or negative reaction, and examine those feelings. Once you get into the habit of doing this, it will become a subconscious practice, and you can then begin to move on from there.
